Chicken sandwich

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 8 slices of white bread
  • 1/2 cup or 120 ml mayonnaise 
  • 4 large tomato slices
  • 1 cup or 250 ml store-bought coleslaw


  1. On the plancha, medium heat, place the chicken thigh, skin side down. Salt and drizzle with olive oil. Brown the skin, then cover with the stainless steel cooking dome, and cook 5 minutes more. Flip the chicken thighs : the skin must be crispy and caramelized. Keep warm on the plancha, low heat.
  2. On the plancha, medium heat, place the bread slices and brown them. Add mayonnaise on the bottom slice, and place a tomato slice on top. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Halve the chicken thighs and place them on top of the tomato slices. Add coleslaw on top. Cover with a bread slice and serve !
